Every year around this time we try look forward, resolving to accomplish great things for ourselves and perhaps make some changes in our lives. The year 2000 has a few unique planetary confluences for us to use in timing these personal events. Here are a couple:

1. In January and February there are two eclipses – on in Aquarius and one in Leo. Eclipses stir up our emotions and urge us to react. These winter eclipses should bring to a close or to a resolution any emotional event that cropped up during the July / August eclipses. People with Taurus, Leo, Scorpio and Aquarius in their charts will be especially impacted.
2.May will be full of activity as seven planets all line up in Taurus. It’s one of those planetary events that don’t happen very often and therefore creates a greater impact in our day to day activities. Taurus is stubborn and very directioned, once it gets going. Wherever Taurus sits in your chart, expect great energy and possible change.

I am a Taurus born 4-29-1980 in Portland Oregon at 2:32 am. I have recently picked up on a pattern in my love life where I tend to get invloved in these intense short term relationships with people who are only around for a short time and otherwise usually don't fall for anyone in my permanent surroundings unless they are involved with or interested in someone else. Gemin is the sign of the Twins and many with Venus in Gemini have multiple relationships or are attracted to those with "significant others". On the other hand, Venus in Gemini also attracts you to intelligent, friendly people.
I believe that you have Pisces on the Ascendant and therefore stable Virgo on your house of partnerships and marriage. I believe that it is only a matter of time before you learn from experience and find a stable companion.
You are still young. Usually we behave more like our moon signs before the age of 30. I think your moon is in Libra - another air sign like Gemini. It seems to me that with all the fixed signs in your chart - Leo, Taurus, Aquarius and Scorpio, you have been feeling the emotional impact of the eclipses in the summer. Also, Saturn,the planet of challenges, has been travelling through Taurus since early 1999.
Resolution to any emotional upheavals should be expected in Jan/Feb when eclipses in Leo and Aquarius finish up old emotional issues that flared up in the summer.
Try to take stock of where you are and what you want.

If you read my into - May brings a slew of planets in Taurus. That should give you considerble energy to get things accomplished.

Anything is possible to a willing heart! If you are truly interested in a relationship, you can find one. You may experince an emotional pull in Jan / Feb (yes during those eclipses...) with Venus the planet of love in Taurus and MArs, the masculine, in Leo. You love being pursued. Try pursuing for a change.

Portland, ME.: Several times in your past programs and in your intro tonight you have mentioned the eclipse in Jan-Feb. What does this mean for someone born 2-18-64? Insight would be helpful for their significant other in the emotional realm.

Charlene Lichtenstein: You have many planets in the "fixed" signs (Aquarius, Leo, Scorpio and Taurus) which are more impacted by the eclipses.
You have Sun, Mercury and Mars in Aquarius (!) and Venus in Aries. What I take this to mean is that you may have an emotional hit in the winter but try not to overreact. Take things one step at a time and wait until mid-February before you decide on anything. Eclipses are designed to stir up the emotions but we needn't feel pressured to react. Wait.

Charlene Lichtenstein: With your birthday and year I see sun in Taurus, moon Scorpio, mercury in Gemini, Venus in Cancer and Mars in Virgo. Interesting - Venus in Cancer and Mars in Virgo are "caretaking" placements.

In my intro, I spoke about the Jan/Feb eclipses as well as a group of planets entering Taurus in May. I suspect that 2000 can be a year a reappraisals, and a resoultion of any longstanding emotional issue. It could be a year of very positive changes and renewals.

If you had your birthtime, I could quickly calculate some response for your husband as well as give you a sense of your finances. For your husband, I would look at your house of marriage and read your chart for his condiditon. Charlene Lichtenstein: Let's see, you have sun, venus and mercury in Aquarius and mars in Taurus. Probably Pisces rising which means that you have all these Aquarian planets in a very spiritual part of your chart.
There may be some issues with your job. Does it provide you with the feeling of service that you need? Are you working at soemthing that gives you satisfaction? That you are helping others? This may come into the fore this winter. The summer you will be more vocal in your needs and can get your opinion across effectively. Consider writing an article or getting involved in some type of public relations enterprise.
Your significant seems to be very kind, diplomatic and sociable (Libra planets) and is an excellent companion for you (SUn in Virgo whicmatches well with you Mars in Taurus).

Charlene Lichtenstein: You are going through your first Saturn return (ages apx 27-30) when we experience great changes, upheavals and ranges of emotions. We ache for connection but may find it hard to sustain. This is normal and part of Saturn's learning process.

On top of your Saturn Return, you have sun, mercury and moon in Gemini and venus and mars in Cancer. While you stive for connection and love with sensitive Cancer in your planets of love (Venus) and masculinity (Mars), the dual nature of Gemini seeps through. Maybe the fact that she is with someone else makes her more attractive to you?

Yes, I would say that you are far more Sagittarian than Capricorn. You may even resemble a Sag - large features, open, friendly, funny and maybe not entirely graceful (I'm a Sag so I know!!).

You have sun, mercury and mars in leo and venus in virgo. You probably have virgo rising which puts all your leo planets in your 12th house of spirituality. Maybe that is what gives you your strength; your basic personality, the way you communicate and your energy are all focused on the higher plane of consciousness and "the big picture".

With the Jan/Feb eclipses in leo and Aquarius, you may have an emotional hit - but something that will be in the resolution stage. Maybe a clarity of thought or a force of action to accomplish something universal and for the benefit of many.

Pluto in Sag will have great impact on your entire chart - not just career - because your sun (basic personality) mercury (thoughts) Venus (love) and Mars (energy) are all in Sag. Also, I think your moon is in Pisces which is square Sag. Let me suggest that changes are in store. Pluto clears the landscape, often for the better.
