Got Plans?
With the Entertainment Guide Staff
washingtonpost.com

Thursday, Jan. 31, 2002; 1 p.m. EST

Every Thursday at 1 p.m. EST, washingtonpost.com's Entertainment Guide experts share their best bets for local flavor, great dates and family fun. Got plans? Great. Need plans? Just ask. We have the skinny on the bars and clubs, concerts, kitchens, theaters and special events that keep life interesting. We're going out gurus, and we're at your service.

Of course, we're happy to answer questions about local entertainment, but we need to hear from you, too. Introduce us to the coolest DJ or the fastest bartender you've encountered. Sound off on the week's best concert or the city's best burger. Tell us about the best place to amuse little kids or a big art fan. Together we can plan fun ways to spend weekdays, weekends, dates and holidays. The pleasure is ours, and yours.

Each week a different guru will act as host or hostess, but the entire staff is at your service. If you're looking for more ideas, see the Entertainment Guide.

Editor's Note: Washingtonpost.com moderators retain editorial control over Live Online discussions and choose the most relevant questions for guests and hosts; guests and hosts can decline to answer questions.

The Going Out Gurus: Greetings all. While it may be cloudy outside, we're no less sunny here, especially Joe. Sunday game plans? See our guide to Super Bowl parties. If you're searching for Feb. 14th ideas -- or just want to play datemaker -- check out our Valentines Day Guide. Everyone's here -- Anne (events), Alexa (restaurants), Jen (books and theater), Joe (music), Fritz (bars and clubs), Kate (chief guru), Janet (shopping and all things stylish) Rhome (the stylus himself) and me (Maura, museums). We're set to take questions and novel ideas (we're sure you have them), so let's hear it.

Washington, D.C.: What/where are the best flea markets in the area?

The Going Out Gurus: Hi, D.C. Lots of choices: There's the Georgetown flea market every Sunday, the Eastern Market on Capitol Hill, which starts up again in March, and the Bethesda flea market on Sundays. There's also a flea market in Arlington and one in Columbia that resume in April. Check out this story to learn more.

Arlington, Va.: Which consignment shop in the D.C. metro area is good to sell your clothes to?

The Going Out Gurus: The only one I have personal experience with is Act II in Bethesda. It was a while ago, but I recall that the clothes must be in good shape, which means they have to be spot-free and not all wrinkled up. Folks on the staff here recommend Secondi
in Dupont Circle as well.

Washington, D.C.: I am looking for a place to take a dance class. I have some dance training so at least intermediate -- maybe jazz or hip hop. Any thoughts?

The Going Out Gurus: Hi, Washington. I (Jen) strongly recommend Joy of Motion. It has two locations in D.C. (Dupont and Friendship Heights) and one in Bethesda, so it's fairly convenient. They offer street jam classes (a fancy way of saying hip hop) at a variety of levels: I've taken them before and the instructors are excellent. You might also look into their street jazz classes, which fuse jazz and hip hop styles. Of course, if anyone knows of other studios offering similar classes, please chime in.

Washington, D.C.: Any cool thrift shops in the area like the ones they have in New York City?

The Going Out Gurus: We like Secondi
in Dupont Circle.

Northern Virginia: You guys know everything so is there anyplace that plays good '80s music like the Cult and New Order on weekends? Pollyester came to mind, but any others? Thanks.

The Going Out Gurus: NoVa: I (Jen) still need to update our '80s night round-up. However, I can tell you that Panic at Metro Cafe sounds like a great option for you. The music isn't strictly '80s, but much of it is, and almost all tends toward the Cult, New Order-ish end of the spectrum. You might also enjoy Mousetrap, the monthly Brit pop event at The Black Cat. (Next one is Feb. 9.)

Any other '80s lovers have suggestions?

Washington, DC: I hope you can answer this one. I want to go to Diva on Sat. night, and although I am 22, my friend is only 19. Do they all people under 21 in on Sat. nights? Thanks!

The Going Out Gurus: Hello – Diva, with DJ Mohammed spinning international dance beats, is 18 and over. Have fun.

Kensington, Md.: Hi friends,

Looking for a place to go drinking and dancing after work. Any ideas?

The Going Out Gurus: Do you work in Kensington? If so, then there are plenty of places nearby to grab drinks, but not very many where you can drink and dance. Your main options are Polly Esther's in Rockville or possibly the Shark Club in Bethesda. If you don't work in Kensington, let us know and we'll come up with other options.

Springfield, VA: Love your chats- wouldn't miss them.

Question is for Valentine's Day. Could anyone recommend a local hotel for a one night stay for a "night without the kids?" Been married 18 years, need to get away from the teens and want to surprise the husband while not being far away from home. Prefer Old Town or somewhere very close in NoVa. Thanks...

The Going Out Gurus: Springfield, hello it's Alexa. What kind of budget are you on I wonder? If price isn't too much of an issue, I'd suggest the Morrison House, an elegant little 45-roomer plum in the heart of Old Town. I'd move quickly though. It's a fave spot for romantics. Otherwise, I suppose you could check more pedestrian spots like the two Holiday Inns.

Arlington, Va.: Why is a cocktail $3.50 at the Tombs and $8.00 upstairs at 1789?

Other than obvious reasons that one is a classy, higher priced reataurant.

It's the same establishment/owner's right?

The Going Out Gurus: Because most students won’t pay $8 for a cocktail? This is Fritz, and yes, they share and owner, and atmosphere and clientele are factored into your drink price. But I know where I’d rather spend the evening …

Arlington, Va.: I need to find an affordable and great hair salon in the D.C. metro area -- preferably one that can cut thick, Asian hair well.

The Going Out Gurus: Nadia at the Jean-Paul Salon (202/966-4600) on Yuma Street in Spring Valley is a wonderful, versatile hairdresser. Most of the other hairdressers there charge a lot more, but she has a relatively young clientele and charges accordingly. Tell her Janet sent you. Another place you might try is Ilo. It's not inexpensive on a regular basis, but they do have special evenings where stylists experiment, and if you're chosen, the haircut is free. Are you brave?

Washington, D.C.: I know there used to be a place I think called The Tabard Creek Inn where you could sit in big high back leather chairs and drink yards of beer. I'm not really looking for the yards of beer anymore, but I sure did love those chairs and the atmosphere where you could relax, sit back in those leather chairs, and converse with your friends with a cocktail in hand. Is there any where around here like that?

The Going Out Gurus: Wash, this is Kate. Maura guessed that you're thinking of the defunct Tiber Creek Inn, now home to Bistro Bis on the Hill. Bet she's right, right? I too love to welcome a waiter (with drinks tray) from a glamorous seat and I like what I found at the bar area at West 24. I'm a fan of Town and Country, the bar at the Mayflower Hotel. Some of the chairs are getting a little too worn for such a luxurious spot, but the service is excellent and the atmos is cocktailicious.

Arlington, Va.: Hi Gurus --

Where in D.C. would be a fun place to take a walk with an old friend and find stuff to do on a Friday Saturday evening/night? I know of Dupont and Adams Morgan. Where else would be hip, and what would it offer?

And finally, (and I am being earnest -- albeit with a small smirk creeping onto my face) does the use of the word "hip" partially undercut one's hipness?

You guys rock! Thanks so much,
Hipster

The Going Out Gurus: Rhome here, Hipster, and you might be out of luck for the walking around, because I think our balmy days have ended, at least for this week. With that being said I'll annoy my hipsterette friends who accost me on the street because I direct you folks to U Street by saying... Go to U Street. A fly band called Cooly's Hot Box just played Mango's last night. Grab some fish taco's at Polly's, catch some jazz at Twins. Try the 18th Street corridor too, Cafe Citron, ESL, Andalu, Red. Head up to Woodley and hit Aroma. The lounge in the back has a kind of funk/rare groove thing going on Saturdays. Several good restaurants on that strip too. And since I'm the dork of the group (Joe sits on the Coolness Throne), and therefore cannot be the arbiter of what is or is not hip, I'll have to let that last question ride. Have fun and don't try too hard.

Re: Secondi: I LOVE that place. They are really strict about what they buy, which can be really annoying for the seller, but that means they usually have great stuff. Keep in mind though, it is more of an upscale consignment shop--lots of name brands. This is not the kind of place you will find that old, but cool t-shirt or funky polyester pants.

The Going Out Gurus: Thanks for the good input.

G'burg, Md: Hey Gurus,

Do you know anything about the chocolate
festival in Fairfax this weekend? Is it worth going
to? Thanks!

The Going Out Gurus: Hi, G-burg, Anne here. The festival seems like it would be great for serious chocolate lovers and for families. On Saturday and Sunday you can tour various stands and taste yummies like brownies, fudge and cake. I'm intrigued by the chocolate challenge going on at the same time, where local artists build masterpieces out of chocolate. You can view (but not taste) the art and bid on it in a silent auction. Fairfax's Old Town Hall is a good starting place for the event, which also includes kid-friendly community fare like a chocolate-chip pancake breakfast, kids' games, firetrucks on display, a bake sale, craft show, puppet show, acrobats and storytelling. Museums and historic houses in Fairfax are open during the day. Any chocolate lovers out there want to share their experiences of the festival?

Capitol Hill, Washington, D.C.: Greetings almighty gurus!

I want to take my architect boyfriend out for an all-day Saturday outing to a museum and dinner. Any places other than the National Building Museum? And cool places to eat nearby? What about cool dining/bar options near the Newseum (since that is closing soon too). We both 23 if it matters.

Thanks.

The Going Out Gurus: Hi Capital Hill. This is Maura. If your looking for things architectural, other than the NBM, try the Octagon Museum and their current "Skyscrapers" show. The Corcoran is just down the street, in case he wants a peek at a model of their upcoming Frank Gehry-designed addition. From there you might want to walk up and check out restaurants in Dupont, maybe Gabriel, Cafe Citron or Pizzeria Paradiso. Near the Newseum, we like Cafe Asia and the Village Bistro. Enjoy.

Bethesda, Md.: Where can I get English or Scottish beer on tap? And not the Bass, Boddington's and Newcastle that everyone seems to have.

Thanks.

The Going Out Gurus: Good question. This is Fritz, and I just had someone e-mail me this morning and ask where to find English beers.

In recent months, Galaxy Hut has had Fullers’ London Pride and Youngs’ Ramrod on draft, but both are currently out of the rotation. (Fullers was taken off because they were having problems with the distributor, the same reason I'm told it disappeared from Capitol Lounge.)

What the Hut does have right now is Molings, an Irish Red Ale brewed in Carlow, Ireland. (As in “Follow Me Up to …” It’s good – not great – but fruity and very drinkable. They also have it at Bedrock Billiards and a few other spots.

The only other beers I’ve seen on draft recently are Old Speckled Hen (at the Old Brogue Irish Pub in Great Falls) and Young’s Ramrod and Double Chocolate Stout (at a few places, including the Daily Grill in Georgetown.)

Oh, and they’re tapping a new Scottish-style ale tonight at Rock Bottom in Bethesda.

Alexandria, VA: How would Penang be for a group birthday dinner (mine)? I'm guess between 10 and 15 people. I hear great things about it but haven't been yet. I'm just wondering if it might be too noisy to hear ourselves talk....?

The Going Out Gurus: Alexandria, it's Alexa. There are mixed reports of Penang. But see here what The Post's Eve Zibart had to say. Anyone else with an opinion to share?

K Street cubicle: A V.D. question. I bought a nice flask (chrome? something silver and shiny) for my b.f. for V.D. and am trying to figure out what to engrave on it. Wanted some objective not-too-sappy-not-too-cold feedback from the ever-insightful gurus.

And, on the mandala last Sunday... I think that considering all the work that went into it, it could certainly have been better displayed. Maybe mirrors on the ceiling or HDTV.. it was very hard to acutally -see- very much. Bummer. (But who knew the Sandler was soooo big!)

The Going Out Gurus: Hello K St, this is Joe and I think you should go with:
"Love many, trust few, always paddle your own canoe." But hey, I'm just a weepy romantic. Let's hear some suggestions from our readers.

Bethesda, Maryland: What's the story with Acropolis? When is it opening? I walked by last weekend and it looked like it might be done.

The Going Out Gurus: Hello, Bethesda - This is Fritz, and from what I've been told (and seen in their windows) Acropolis is going up for its liquor license on Feb. 28, and assuming everything goes well, will open shortly after that. There's no use opening a club with a 60-foot bar if you can't serve alcohol, is there?

Bethesda, Md.: What can you tell me about the transportation situation for Dream?

The Going Out Gurus: Rhome advises, take a cab. Street parking is available but safety is suspect. Valet parking is 15 bills so try that if your cabfare from wherever you are would exceed it.

vermont and l: anyone have any reccomendations at ollies trollie?
I keep passing it and I want to walk in. What should I get?

The Going Out Gurus: No.

Intrigued: What does Rhome look like? I bet he's a hottie!

The Going Out Gurus: You and everyone else. We've had five-car pileups in front of our offices when Rhomeo steps out of the front door. Let's just say the ladies love cool R.

Bethesda, Md.: Hi Gurus!

I want to do something different with my boyfriend for Valentine's Day. I was thinking of maybe some chartered cruise, not the the Odyssey or anything, but I was wondering if people take out couples on their private boats. I'm looking for something intimate, no more than three or four couples. Do you or any of your readers know where I could find out about this? Thanks!

The Going Out Gurus: Ahoy, B., Kate here. Have you called the Belle Haven Marin in Old Town? They charter boats. In case they're booked, we've got a list of 25 other local marinas.

Woodbridge, Va.: Where's the best place to have a picnic? Some in the District and some out would be appreciated. I'm looking for some nice, maybe romantic, spots I can go with my hubby this spring.

Thanks!

The Going Out Gurus: Hi, Woodbridge. This is Anne, and I just tested something. If you type in "picnic" in our blue search box, you'll find the story Alexa and former Guru Stacy wrote about their favorite places to picnic. They even have ideas of where to shop for the treats in your basket. Spring is what DC does best, I think, so when everything is blooming, you can't help but find a romantic spot.

Georgetown: Do you know if Kuna is taking reservations for Valentine's Day?

The Going Out Gurus: Georgetown, best give a call (202/797-7908). Kuna does take reservations but is only open from 6 p.m. So I'm afraid you're on your own this time.

Alexandria, Va.: Hi. I have a friend coming into town this weekend, and it will be just a girls' weekend. I really don't go out that often, but I would like to take her some place nice to hang out and drink Saturday night without having to pay a lot or travel too far. Something nice and casual would be great. Any suggestions? Thanks.

The Going Out Gurus: Hi, Alexandria, this is Jen. I'm not sure how far is too far to go, so I'll presume we're sticking with Alexandria and Arlington locations. In which case, you could try the Majestic Lounge or Gua-Rapo, where you can get tasty tapas with your drinks. Be forewarned that you might need a flashlight: it's dark in there!

Dupont: Re: Engraving..."If your not the lead dog, the view never changes"

The Going Out Gurus: ah, that's beautiful. More suggestions please.

Bethesda, Md.: Please help us settle an (extremely intellectual) debate: how many beers are in a keg?

The Going Out Gurus: Hey, Bethesda. This is Fritz, and I hope my math is okay here. If we’re talking about a full-sized keg of beer – not a party ball, etc. – then it’s 15.5 gallons of beer, or 1984 ounces. The number of glasses depends on how large your glasses are. But if you use the standard 12-ounce size (i.e. equal to one bottle of beer), you should get about 165 glasses out of your keg.

Old Town, Alexandria, Va.: Two questions re the King Street scene:

Is a club, called Century, opening soon?

What's the story about the currently renovated Old Town Theatre?

The Going Out Gurus: Old Town. I (Alexa) call myself a Guru, but I haven't the faintest idea where Century is going in. And I'm not too sure about the cinema either. I do know that Century isn't going in above the new Cafe Salsa which will have its own little nightclub up there on Fridays and Saturdays. And the last time I walked by the cinema ticket office, a taylor's dummy in a bad wig couldn't tell me anything. Anyone?

Re: Dream transport: Didn't I hear that Dream is running a bus from one of the downtown hotels to the club? That seems like a good option. If only I could remember which hotel...

The Going Out Gurus: It's the Grand Hyatt downtown near Metro Center. I (Fritz) got info about the buses on Saturday nights, but not on Fridays, which is, in my opinion, the best night to go. Open bar and lavish buffet. Delicious.

arlington: hey there gurus! I'm looking for a good jazz place that's not too expensive - meaning drinks are reasonable and you don't have to buy dinner. preferably in DC or VA. know of any good shows going on this weekend that would fit the bill?

thanks a million!

The Going Out Gurus: hello Arlington, this is Joe and I'm pretty sure you don't have to buy dinner at Twins Lounge on U ST. Also, you can try HR-57 on 14th St. I'm thinking about checking out the Thad Wilson's Big Band there tonight. Cover is only $7.

Baltimore, MD: Fritz, talking of UK beers, what do you think of Wharf Rat's renditions here in Baltimore? And be warned there will be grave consequences if you mention the really cool brewpub here to the great unwashed masses in DC.

The Going Out Gurus: I'll keep my mouth shut. But, having worked in a pub in London while at University, I have to say that their cask ales are probably the best bitters in the area, especially the ESB.

Dupont, DC: Here's the plan for tonight's date: Cashion's for dinner and Habana V. for Mojitos as a Thurs. night out in AM? Is Habana fun on Thurs/ nights? Any other suggestions?

The Going Out Gurus: Dupont, I'll see you there. I'm off to Cashion's myself. What will you be sporting?

Washington, D.C.: Hi and Happy Thursday! I have a travel question more than a D.C. question -- hopefully you can help.

My boyfriend and I are trying to plan a little trip for President's Day weekend -- we're thinking Annapolis, although I'm worried it will be really quiet this time of year. Any recs for places to stay, go out in Annapolis? Or any recs for other fun little getaways relatively close by (three- or four-hour drive or less)

Thanks!

The Going Out Gurus: Lucky you, DC. This is Kate and I have a trio of suggestions for you: We hope Annapolis might delight you. Fritz did a nightlife round-up. Here's a list of ten bed and breakfas recommendations from the Travel team. And finally, while we'd hate to lose you but might feast on a Q. like this.

del ray, re: Cool Thrifts: There are none of the ilk one would find in NYC around here. I have to do my best with the horrid selection found at the NOVA goodwills and salvation armies.

Though I hear Meeps & Aunt Neensie's, on U St. is pretty good for kitschy cool stuff. The Mustard Seed in Bethesda is supposed to be a good find too.

The Going Out Gurus: Janet here. I think that Meeps & Aunt Neensie's is worth the trip. They've got lots of jeans.

For VD flask: unless your bf has a serious drinking problem, why are you buying him a flask?? i am a 30-something former party girl and even in my heyday of dancing on bartops in adams morgan, i never knew anyone to use a flask....

The Going Out Gurus: This is Fritz, and I have three flasks (my first was a college graduation present). No one takes flasks to clubs. You take them on trips, or to dry parties, and places like that. Flasks are wonderful things, especially if you're going to a party with a special rum that you don't want to share. Having said that, I rarely use them, but they're handy on picnics.

After Cashions: Instead of going to HV tonight, everyone going to Cashion's for dinner tonight should stop by Bedrock Billiards tonight. It's a cocktail charities gig and all the tips will go to an Adams Morgan-based charity that mentors kids. Have a beer and do the right thing!

The Going Out Gurus: As if anyone needs another reason to go to Bedrock. Thanks.

Rockville, Md.: Where can I find a batting cage? I am ready to hit some balls with this premature spring weather! THANKS!

The Going Out Gurus: Rockville, you can knock this one out of the park all on your own. Use the blue search box on the left side of the page. Under Sports and Recreation, pick baseball, and you can narrow your search to Maryland, if you like. You'll get this link of batting cages. You could also type "batting cages" in the search box and come up with ideas.

Re "VD": I don't think we should be calling Valentine's Day "VD." That's my vote.

The Going Out Gurus: Agreed. Let's try to keep that from spreading.

Alexandria, Va.: My uncle is a pilot, and he loves anything that has to do with airplanes. He is coming to visit next weekend. I would like to take him to a restaurant that has an "airplane" atmosphere. Also some activities that he would be interested in. Thank you.

The Going Out Gurus: Hello Alexandria, it's Alexa with a few suggestions. It's funny you should ask because, in the good old British tradition of spotting, I spent just a good part of last Saturday watching planes and having lunch at National Airport with my small boy. (Did somebody say 'dork?')Legal Seafoods is there (and they're back to supplying real silverware) and so is a nice little sushi bar. Forget its name. Otherwise there's Stella's in Old Town which has a 1930s/40s-ish aoronautical thing going on. Or the 94th Aero Squadron in College Park.

Maryland: Hi --

I'm looking for a place to take my boyfriend for his birthday either this weekend or next. Any suggestions for places with good, live Latin music? I'm interested in concerts, clubs with live performers, etc. Dancing isn't essential -- we're more interested in listening to the the music.

The Going Out Gurus: Quick! Off the top of my (Rhome's) head. Samba and/or salsa bands play at Rumba Cafe. Habana Village usually has a live salsa combo on the bottom level. Go next door to Tom Brazil's for more samba. There's a latin combo playing Thursday nights at Toulouse now too, catch them now, don't know how long they'll be there. Chi-cha usually has some chill-out bossa combo's playing several nights a week. Flamenco at Cafe Citron on Mondays and Fritz just piped in that his preferred flamenco set is Tuesdays at Chi-Cha. I think I ran that off in 5 seconds flat.

Washington, D.C.: Hey Gurus! Deperately need your advice for an anti-Valentine's Day. Married me wants to hang out with some of my single chicas (we're 27-30) and preferably NOT in a place surrounded by couples making goo-goo eyes at each other. I'm thinking tapas, drinks, a good place for a girls night out?

AND, any idea when Sine (new Irish bar in Pentagon Row) is opening?

HELP!

The Going Out Gurus: Hello, We think the idea of going to a restaurant on Valentine’s Day while trying to avoid googly-eyed couples is kind of contradictory. That said, you might want to try Bardeo or even – gasp – Jaleo, because that place lends itself to group outings, not couples trying to chat.

Sine opens in two weeks. I’m not sure whether that’s the “soft” opening or the grand opening, but that’s what the manager of the sister Sine bar in Richmond says.

Dupont, DC: Re: Cashion's...shiney tight shirt and gold chains...anyone else have problems with the shiney shirts guys in clubs?

The Going Out Gurus: No sireee. I'll be looking.

Glover Park, DC: Something horrible has happened. The free taco bar on Wednesdays at The Bottom Line is no more. We went in yesterday after work, like normal, and they were gone! The manager said they can't afford to give away free food anymore. Just like that...no warning, no nothing. Poof. Gone. We were devastated. And The Front Page and Art Gallery Grille tacos were no match for these...the ingredients were always so fresh. Maybe you guys can give them a call and suggest charging a $1 (a $1 flat, not $1/taco, instead of free). That would surely cover some of the cost. I think they'd take a suggestion from the gurus more seriously than one from some random schmo. You guys are great.

The Going Out Gurus: This is Fritz, and I'll put in a call to see what's up. I have to agree that their tacos were way better than those at the Front Page. (I don't remember the Art Gallery tacos being good or bad.) I also like the tacos at Capitol Lounge on Wednesday - they seem a step above the FP - but they're $.25 each.

Washington, D.C., not the Poconos: Don't know if this is a question for the Travel staff or you gurus, but here goes. Any suggestions for a very romantic hotel here in D.C. for Valentine's Day? Don't need a heart-shaped bathtub, although one large enough for a bubble bath for two would be nice. Willing to splurge for little extras like music, glasses for champagne, etc.

The Going Out Gurus: Kate here, DCBNTP. Could the deep red of Hotel Rouge do? Though this may not be the weekend to book the room with the PlayStation2. Linda Hales wrote a fun piece about DC's new breed of hotels recently. Here it is.

Frankly, with fewer tourists, there are some wonderful deals on rooms to be had, call around. This could be your chance to weekend at the Willard.

Penang: The one in Bethesda is a joke, the new one in D.C. is quite nice. How could the two locations be so drastically different? I'm still trying to figure that out. But I've had and heard nothing but bad times at the Bethesda location. The D.C. one is more sleek and very good, to boot.

The Going Out Gurus: To boot, or not to boot.

20007: During the beautiful weather on Sunday, a friend and on were on a mission to find delicious sangria. Remembering that Cafe Citron (next to Big Hunt) served sangria, we trekked over there. However, upon arrival, the place was closed and when peeking inside, looked trashed! Can you explain what happened to this place? Is it still in business?

The Going Out Gurus: Citron is still in business - it's open for lunch today - and when I (Fritz) called, the manager said nothing unusual had happened over the weekend. Maybe the cleaning crew hadn't been in yet?

Try again. The drinks are worth it - especially at happy hour.

I wanna get SCARED!: What are your best recommendations for attending a local murder mystery dinner? I've been to Blair Mansion; anywhere else? THANKS!

The Going Out Gurus: Scare-seeker: If you really want to get scared, go to Burkittsville. But seriously, folks...I (Jen) have been to the Blair Mansion mystery dinner and while it's fun, it's not particularly frightening. A group called Murder Upon Request does regular shows at the Arlington Hilton; call 703/379-8108 for information. You might also check out Psychic Ghost Theatre. This supernatural troupe no longer does regular performances, but there are still sporadic spooky gigs and they also do private parties for 18 to 25 people. It's not a murder mystery thing, but the show does include freaky supernatural stuff, seances and the like. Their number is 301/946-2882. Hope that gives you a couple of ideas.

Washington, DC: We have a foreign professor working temporarily at our office, and is soon leaving. We'd like to get him a gift as a group - like an ornament on an engraved plaque...preferrably a souvenir of some sort of the city. Do you know of any stores that sell nice DC souvenirs that can be engraved?

The Going Out Gurus: Hi, Janet here. Not sure about the engraving part of the equation, but for souvenirs of the city, I'd try the gift shop in the White House Visitor Center and Political Americana.

Bethesda: You take a flask when you go skiing; I prefer a nip of wine (port is a good choice) in mine. What's up with the flask=alcoholic attitude? Strange associations people have.

The Going Out Gurus: Yeah, it is. But they think that if you take your alcohol with you, that you're addicted. Whatever.

And you're right about skiing. Gimmie some aged Sandeman and I (Fritz) am ready to go.

vienna, va: Friday night (Feb 1st) 80's night at Clarendon Ballroom. Gonzo's Nose plays all the faves from the 80s. Think the band starts at 9pm...doors open earlier.

The Going Out Gurus: Thanks, Vienna. Eric Brace wrote about the upcoming Gonzo's Nose show in his weekly picks, which you can read here.

WDC: I'm moving out of town in a month and haven't seen many museums etc while I've been here. What are your definte do not miss picks for me to do before I go? And keep in mind that I only have 3 weekends!
Thanks

The Going Out Gurus: WDC. If you haven't seen many museums about town, you're going to have three very busy weekends. I'd be sure not to miss the biggies - National Gallery, Holocaust Museum, Air and Space and Library of Congress. Four museums you're unlikely to see duplicated in any other city. Off the Mall, there's the Corcoran and the Phillips to name a couple. Don't forget to check out your local monuments. Even if you've been to the FDR and Vietnam Veteran's Memorials, in my (Maura's) view they are worth a second trip. Good luck.

Bethesda, MD: Another spa question: Where can I get a good reflexology massage? My feet need pampering! Also, what is the average price range for this type of massage? Thanks!

The Going Out Gurus: In Bethesda, there's Aveda. I have not tried reflexology personally, but I've had facials there which have been excellent. In Alexandria, try Sugar House. Expect to pay between $75 and $85.

Date Tonight: Hey All! I have need some -romantic- plans for two for tonight! Something low-key, but fun and less pricey! Any ideas!? Something in DC would be ideal, incl. dinner. HELP!

The Going Out Gurus: Hi, DT, have you visited our Datemaker on the Valentine's Day page? You might find some ideas there, and I (Anne) am especially thinking of throwing your change into A.V.'s jukebox. The Valentine's page also has romantic restaurants, and although these are on the pricier side, you might want to stop in one for dessert. For romantic and relatively inexpensive dinner, I'm a big fan of Ivy's in Cleveland Park. The fall-in-love French movie "Amelie" is still playing at the Outer Circle, 7:15 and 10 p.m. tonight.

Arlington: Hi Gurus!! Submitting early, have to get to a meeting. You all are wonderful! What do you think about Yanyu for a romantic Valentine's day dinner? Nice ambiance? Good food? Any nice places in walking distance to have a drink? Thanks!!

The Going Out Gurus: Yes, Arlington, we are. This is Alexa and it sounds like you've a plan. Drinks afterwards in Cleveland Park? Bardeo perhaps?

Alexandria, VA: Concerning the Old Town Theatre in Alex, I heard a rumor about two months ago that it was purchased and was being renovated. Also the last time I walked by there the really bad wig had fallen off. Also, have good things been said about "I'm not Rappaport"? Thanks.

The Going Out Gurus: Hi, Old Town. I (Jen) assume you're referring to the Little Theatre of Alexandria? If so, that's not under any renovations currently and still has ongoing regular productions ("Master Class" is there now). Re: "Rappaport": Nelson Pressley gave it a fine review in last Saturday's paper. Here's a link to information and the review of the show.

15th and L: This question is for Fritz: Are you the guy that keeps teaming up with the Jeopardy champs at Politiki's Quiz Night every Tuesday?

The Going Out Gurus: Not only that, I work with them. And I was on the It's Academic team way back when, thank you very much.

No, um, they occasionally need someone to answer the music/american history/sports questions. We play as a team.

Dupont Circle, DC: Just a thought on Secondi...

They are incredibly snotty. The women that work there are scary and L.A.-like. All of the clothes there have to be "designer" I think in the past 6 months they have finally agreed to take Gap and J.Crew stuff.

It is a good place to go to find a nice suit or a formal but for funky cool clothes, definately head to U Street.

Also a majority of the clothes at Secondi are in size 4 and 6. SO any of us more curvy babes miss out.

The Going Out Gurus: Another take on Secondi.

DC: Friday happy hour downtown. Where to go? Work at 15th and L. Ride the red line. Meeting a chick after work. Need ideads! (And comeplete sentences)

The Going Out Gurus: Lucky chick! If you're looking for a quieter vibe, vodka cocktails are two bucks a shot (literally) at Dupont Italian Kitchen; if you'd prefer something busier, Tequila Grill has a long list of specials, but its no secret. We've got a list of 61 happy hour specials for Friday alone. Lookee here. By the way, this is Kate and I must know: Did you woo her with email?

Baltimore: When is Eric and Last Train Home playing again around here?

Louisiana...You stole my heart away....

The Going Out Gurus: Feb. 22-23 at Iota. Check http://www.lasttrainhome.com/schedule/schedule.html.

Re: Engraving/Foreign prof.: Gurus! You've fallen behind! There is, indeed, a trophy/engraving place around Clarendon (metro accessible even). I don't know the name, but I'm sure you're researching expertise will come through! We've always wondered how it stayed in business...

The Going Out Gurus: Thanks for that. There's also a place in Bethesda on the second floor on Bethesda Ave. They do corporate gifts and will engrave them.

best place to find a flask: english engraved pewter at the Orvis store in tysons corner.

The Going Out Gurus: Great. Thanks for the info.

K Street cube again: Re: me and the flask. Yes, he likes to go camping, outdoor festivals, picnics, etc. There is no freaky alcoholism going on here. I know many people who have 'em, and they're handy as can be.

Anyhow, can I get a legit answer? I was just think his full name, but wondered if that were too boring.

Thanks, gurus. I luvs you, too.

The Going Out Gurus: I don't know. I think I'd engrave it with something other than his full name. Too formal. What about something more personal? A nickname?

D.C.: Where is a good place to smoke a cigar?

The Going Out Gurus: If you're buying one, head for Butlers: The Cigar Bar. If you have your own, try Ozio or the clubby back room at The Caucus Room.

Airplanes: Doesn't one of the Clydes have an airplane theme? I think it's the one in Georgetown...

The Going Out Gurus: Can't remember.

re: Acropolis: ok, so its opening soon . . . but what is this place all about? I heard you have to buy a membership to go there? Any validity to this?

The Going Out Gurus: You won't have to be a member, but it will help.

arlington, va: Hi, I'd like to see some of the films at the Luis Bunuel festival the next couple of weeks. Sadly, I don't speak French. Are they subtitled?

The Going Out Gurus: Kate here, and officially, the word from the Embassy is "some of them will." Sometimes they just don't have enough info at the info desk -- engrave THAT on a flask. Take your chances Arlington. I bet my Guru badge at popular prints like "Belle de Jour" and "The Discreet Charms of the Bourgoisie" have subtitles. "Andalusian Dog" needs no translation -- just thinking about the razor and the eye makes me pukey.

Washington, DC: Is it Rhom-ey or Rhome like the city?

The Going Out Gurus: like the city

alexandria: Re: Engraving/Foreign prof:
I think the place you're talking about is Dan Kain Trophies? It's on the corner of Washington Blvd. and Highland Street, I believe...

The Going Out Gurus: Thanks Alex. We've used this to joint to engrave our company ping pong trophies.

Mt. Vernon, VA: About Rhome --- let's just say that he's not all that!

The Going Out Gurus: Uh-oh, Rhome's girlfriend is weighing in.

tysons corner : where can 15-16 people eat at tysons corner for a company dinner?
they already said no to mortons and sam & harrys

The Going Out Gurus: The new Colvin Run?

Bethesda, MD: Gurus,

Anybody know if there's anywhere here that has Blue Moon Belgian on tap? Just enjoyed that in Chicago, wouldn't mind drinking it again!

Thanks!

The Going Out Gurus: Hmmm. I'm trying to think. This is Fritz, and I think you can get it at the Big Hunt and Faccia Luna, although since it's made by Coors, it shouldn't be too hard to find.

By the way, I juat had a great new Belgian at Galaxy Hut last night, but I can't remember what it's called. Any Hut regulars have an idea?

Reston, VA: Re: Jazz and Hip-Hop Classes in D.C

Check out D.C. Dance Collective! http://www.dcdance.com or (202) 362-7244

The Going Out Gurus: Another suggestion for our dancer -- thanks!

20002--Re: Consignment stores: As far as consignment stores go, I agree, Secondi in Dupont is great, but a bit pricy for used clothes. There's a great one not yet mentioned at Eastern Market called Clothes Encounters. I've gotten some amazing deals there! It's right on 7th by the antique store and little delis. But be sure to check the hours there; like Eastern Market, I think they also may be closed on Mondays.

The Going Out Gurus: Thanks, 20002. I just might check this out.

Cleveland Park: I'm sending this a bit early to give you guys plenty of notice...I'm kind of anal...

The boyfriend lives out of town and is coming in for the long Valentine's Day / President's Day weekend. I would love to show him my "get out the apartment" New Year's resolution in action and need some ideas. I've got Strike Bethesda and Ice Skating on the Mall. What am I missing?

The Going Out Gurus: Hi, CP, and congrats on the resolution. Your list sounds swell. In addition to the sporty activities, do you want to add some music, theater or fine arts to your list? Check Joe's, Maura's or Jen's pages in a few days for recommendations on shows to see in February. I (Anne) bet your BF will love the and it's hard to beat free concerts at Millennium Stage. My pick for an interactive arty thing to do in February is to take a seat for a Washington Improv Theatre's peformances on Fridays and Saturdays.

for the flask giver: Love and a red nose can't be hid.
-Thomas Holcroft, Duplicity

C'mon its fitting, right?

The Going Out Gurus: One idea.

Washington, DC: Engraving: Boys don't like to carry cheesy saying with them. For mine, I simply had the date we met engraved. That way he could tell the guys whatever he wanted and it was still something between him and me..

The Going Out Gurus: Here's another.

15th and L (again): Okay, Fritz, coming from a competiting Quizzo team, what will it take for you to defect? We're sick of losing to you guys...

The Going Out Gurus: Ha ha ha ha. I could never show my face in the office again. But we haven't been for two or three weeks. (Although we did win three of four games in a two week period, when Got Plans Guru Kate Gibbs was on our team.)

aeroplaeno: tryo the clydeso ofo restono, theyo goto ao buncho aeroplaenso

The Going Out Gurus: Wot-o?

Penang: I went a few weeks ago. The food was good (it was my first time eating Malaysian) but the atmosphere was not as intimate as I thought it would be. However, it was not crowded at all so I don't think having a party of 20 would be hard to do.

The Going Out Gurus: Good to know.

Alexandria, VA: Actually, I am referring to the old movie theater on King Street that I think someone else had asked about.

The Going Out Gurus: Oh, my apologies. Alexa tells me (Jen) that it is indeed being renovated, but we're not sure what the specific time table is, or when it will be done.
We'll let you know when we know.

arlington, va: Any word on when the Psychotronic Film Society is going to start showing B-movies again?? First the Lucky Bar kicked em out and now Big Hunt. Surely I'm not the only one who has such horrible taste in schlockfilms...?

The Going Out Gurus: Sorry Arlington, it looks like the PFS is on hiatus until a new venue welcomes them.

Arlington: Noticed the recommendation for Gua-Rapo. I found it to be dark, not terribly well decorated, and service to be indifferent to the point of insulting...a great place for a clandestine affair if you're not trying to impress your tootsie, but a lousy place for a mellow and festive time with the girls. Stay with the Majestic!

The Going Out Gurus: Another opinion. Thanks, Arlington.

dc: blue moon, is definitely on tap at big hunt,
also in bottle form at brickskeller.

The Going Out Gurus: Thanks, DC. I was pretty sure, but not positive. But now you know where to go.

metro center: Try http://violet.umf.maine.edu/~donaghue/toasts06.html for some toasts to inscribe on the flask. An example:
In water one sees one's own face;
But in wine one beholds the heart of another.
--French proverb
An internet search for "drinking toasts" yields a LOT of results . . .

The Going Out Gurus: Some serious answers for Flask Girl.

NIH: Fritz will not be defecting any time soon.
Don't even try it!

The Going Out Gurus: Ex-Jeopardy contestants weigh in ...

Shady Grove Side (Gaithersburg): Have you heard of a late night bar called the Kingpin? I've heard its a really cool place kinda near the 9:30? have you been?

The Going Out Gurus: It's not THAT late night, SGS. It closes at 3 or so. But we like it. Very small, though. Very crowded.

Washington, DC: RE: BLUE MOON BELGIAN...Annapolis Grill has that tasty brew on top over on 20th or 21st St NW in DC.

The Going Out Gurus: OKAY. THANKS.

Capitol Hill, Washington, D.C.: I know you get this question all the time but I need somewhere cheap and fun to go for dinner Friday night -- D.C. or Bethesda please, and we'll eat most anything.

The Going Out Gurus: Hello Capitol Hill. It's Alexa. Here are some last min suggestions for you: Red Tomato, Oodles Noodles, 2 Amys.

Petworth: Ooh, the shopping questions. This brings to mind my ongoing shopping issue. I ask everyone I think might have a good idea. No good ideas yet.

I'm female, and have big feet. (There, I admitted it!) I like cool shoes.

Few people carry wide shoes for women. Those few who do carry such things tend to only have pumps. I have enough pumps. I need new boots, new cool shoes...

I used to shop at Topp's, on F St (across from the old 9:30) They had great shoes. Why? Because their clientel was me, the older women with swollen feet, and the drag queens. Topp's is now long gone (sad story too)and I haven't found a comparable place.

Still, drag queens must be buying their shoes somewhere. Where? Where can I find a new shoe heaven?

The Going Out Gurus: Petworth, our shopping guru just defected, so I (Maura) am going to throw this one out to our readers.

Reston, VA: A few weeks ago I got a flyer about a new dance night at Kaffa House that sounded cool, but I lost the flyer, is that techno thing going on tonight?

The Going Out Gurus: Argh... I got that flyer from Yoshitoshi yesterday and lost it. I think it was a drum & bass night. Thursday at Kaffa House is poetry though but the last print ad says a house night is starting in that spot. *scratches head* Your best bet might be to call the club because most things that end up on flyers around town often don't last longer than a month or so.

Dupont Girl: Is there anywhere in the area (metro accessible) that sells used furniture? My boyfriend is looking to furnish his apartment with a few basic (but funky) pieces!
Thanks!

The Going Out Gurus: This is Kate. Ruff & Ready sounds like your spot. And pop into Millennium, Home Ruleand Go Mama Go! while you're in the 14th/U Street neighborhood. I am happy to report that Good Wood has reopened as good and woody as ever after their fire.

Arlington, VA: I need some ideas for a 4th date this Saturday afternoon. I'd like something either in DC or Arlington/Ballston/Clarendon/Alexandria area. Definitely brunch/lunch but also something we could go do or see that isn't a movie where we could talk. Any ideas? Thanks. You guys rock.

The Going Out Gurus: What do you think of the Datemaker's list of ideas, Arlington? Anything jump out at you? We also have lots of ideas for brunch. This is Anne, and my pick would be to brunch at Iota. You'll be very relaxed, have unhassled service and opportunity to talk. What do you think of walking to the Newseum or Metro-ing to the Corcoran, to browse some art and spark conversation?

We have a winner!: Re: my flask. K Street again. Inspired by the date-we-met idea. I'm not doing that exactly, but she was my muse! I've got it! Thanks Wash DC poster and The O-So-Lovable Gurus!

The Going Out Gurus: Good news, K Street.

DC: What do you think about Cashions for V-Day dinner? Romantic? I've never been...

The Going Out Gurus: Nice one. Do it.

arlington:
where can i get some fat tire ale ?

The Going Out Gurus: That's a damn good question, because even the Brickskeller doesn't have Fat Tire on its menu. Anyone seen (or tasted) is lately?

Tipster 0007: Instead of another indepth discussion about go greek/don't go greek here's a tip: If you're looking for something fun this evening check out the first ever Epidemic at Kaffa House. These are some of the same people behind that fun thursday party that was at bar nun last year. This night has an emphasis on all types of house, techno, breaks and 2 step. Epidemic is going to be held every Thursday at the Kaffa House, 1212 U street NW in Washington DC.

I've been told that this month's guest DJ's include Ken of the East Coast Boogiemen, Wes Smith, Baggadonuts, Apple and more.

You guys are so cool!

The Going Out Gurus: That's what we were looking for.

DC: Are there places in the Adams Morgan Dupont Circle Area other than the Diner and Kramers where you can get dinner after midnight during the week? Or listen to music?

Thanks.

The Going Out Gurus: Hey, DC. Try Annie's Paramount Steak House and the Moby Dick on 19th Street. And Meze's open late as well.

The Going Out Gurus: Oops. Moby Dick is on N between 18th and 19th.

The Going Out Gurus: Our bad.

Washington dc: Does anyone have any idea where I could find kitschy/cheap house items or furniture for an apartment, as opposed to clothing?? I love those little shops in Baltimore where you could find the strangest used things but there's nothing like that here!

The Going Out Gurus: This is Kate, and I agree, Baltimore is a goldmine and a inexpensive one at that. I was in Go Mama Go! earlier this week, and loved the witty beaded doorway screens printed with hula girls, Mona Lisa. Silver Spring has a number of large second hand warehouses. I've enjoyed finding odds and sods like lamp shades there.

Washington,DC: So there I am at the Bar Rouge and low and behold, Krishna who bartends at Aroma, is filling in for their bartender. Pretty cool. What was overheard from that point is that Bar Rouge was going to start doing guest bartender nights in their space. What is your opinion on that kind of game plan?

The Going Out Gurus: Sounds good to us, as long as they have bartenders like Krishna and Leanne.

Washington, D.C.: Is there a St. Louis bar in the area (must like Politiki for Pittsburgh fans) that I can support the Rams at all day long on Sunday?

That is, if I don't decide to boycott the Super Bowl cause the Steelers deserve to be there.

The Going Out Gurus: Them's the breaks. We haven't heard of a St. Louis-specific bar, but you might find some like-minded souls at the Penn Ave. Pourhouse.

DC: You guys are great...not that you didn't already know that...

I just moved back to DC (after 4 years in NYC) and want to play in an outdoor soccer league this spring. Any suggestions for a relatively competitive league- on the mall?

-with cute single girls...I mean that is Co-ed

The Going Out Gurus: Oh, but it never hurts to remind us, DC.

This is soccer-fan Anne, and those leagues names are on the tip of my tongue... A quick search turned up this link for the Metropolitan D.C.-Virginia Soccer Association. Does that help? I promise to have the answer for you next week, but maybe some readers can answer in the meantime.

Chocoholic: Question, Oh mighty gurus, about the cabs in the city (not sure if this falls under your jurisdiction, but since you probably GO OUT in cabs, I'm taking a shot). Why do some of the taxis have signs on top that say "Call 911" right next to the "Taxi" light? Any ideas? In case the driver is being robbed?

The Going Out Gurus: Yes, that's exactly right. but enough of the obvious, back to your chocolate!

dc: i love the fat tire beer. tried it first in austin
tx. brickskeller used to have it, but this
past weekend when i was there, i was
informed they were out (which also
implies they might get more). definitely a
good brew. also really wish they had
goose island (chicago) on their meun
too...

The Going Out Gurus: Thanks for the scoop.

Patsies Fan: Don't deserve huh? Big talk for a team that decided not to show up!!!!!

The Going Out Gurus: Oooh, trash talking!

Metro Center: Just my 2 cents - I find it a little funny that everyone is so taken with Bardeo. Personally, I don't enjoy being jostled and bumped (not to mention having red wine spilled on me) at a wine bar that has such a poor wine selection. We were much happier 7 feet away at the bar at Ardeo. Better wine, better food, better atmosphere.

The Going Out Gurus: MC, I (Maura) would agree Bardeo can get a little too crowded to enjoy, but I think people like the concept.

Bethesda, MD: Late night fare in Bethesda? Please don't suggest the "un" Tastee Diner, scary!

The Going Out Gurus: It has it's fans, although many have been drinking heavily before they arrive at 3 a.m.

Re: Fat Tire: New Belgium, the brewer of Fat Tire, only distributes their beers to a few states out west. They do it so as to not compromise the quality of their beer by mass producing it. So you have to go to Colorado or one of those lucky states to get it.

BTW, Brickskellar did have Fat Tire a few months ago, but it was gone in about a week.

The Going Out Gurus: Thanks for even more info.

Washington, DC: For the Asian girl looking for DC salon: I'm Asian and I just tried out Okyo in Georgetown. It's pricey but fabulous!
Also, there's Last Tangle on 19th St. NW. Ask for Linda (who's also Asian). She does a descent job cutting hair, and it's not as pricey as Okyo.

The Going Out Gurus: More hairstyling tips.

Re: Bardeo: Any alleged "bar" that sells guinness in cans is not a bar at all. Should they know that with the 4 P's across the street?

The Going Out Gurus: Not to mention Nanny's next door.

RE: Asian Girl in Need of Haircut: I'm also asian. I'd recommend Karina at PR&Partners in Old Town Alexandria. Not as pricey as some places in DC. Check her out. She's great!

The Going Out Gurus: More haircut hints.

English/Scott beers on tap. . .: Max's in Fells Point, Baltimore

The Going Out Gurus: Okay ... I (Fritz) just checked their beer list and didn't see anything beyond Bass/Boddington's/Newcastle. What am I missing?

Manassas, VA: Hey Gurus!! Any advise for a single 31-year old nice guy in Manassas who wants to meet some new people? I'm fairly new to the area and would love to find out some ways to meet other nice folks in the area (preferably NoVa). I've been out to a few bars around town and I joined a gym, but that doesn't seem like the best way to meet quality people. I checked out your article about the young-professional groups in DC, was wondering if you had a similar list for those way out inthe VA 'burbs. Thanks for your help, you guys are great!

The Going Out Gurus: Hey, Manassas, this is Anne and I think you have a great plan going. It's a great idea to join a group that you're interested in, because you'll already have something in common with the people you meet there. Here's three volunteer organizations that we often recommend, and they should be able to set you up with a project or organization in your area. Try Greater D.C. Cares, Single Volunteers of DC or Volunteer Match.

Washington DC: Krishna Krishna Krishna. He's great, but Lili is no slouch either, you know!

The Going Out Gurus: No, she isn't. I love her. My friends love her. And her drinks are amazing. (And her fashion sense is sharp, too.)

the skellar: The Brickskellar does have Fat Tire.

The Going Out Gurus: Thanks

Cute soccer player girl (but not single): I play in a women's league, so I can't help ya there. Nor do I know much about DC leagues.

But I know Arlington County and Alexandria City both have adult co-ed soccer. Also check the Sportsplex in Springfield for co-ed indoor. I'm sure the second winter sessions are just starting.

The Going Out Gurus: Thanks, CSPG (BNS).

del ray, re: reflexology: If you're up for the trip, come to Del Ray and go to Bodywave. I just went last week for a massage, and while she was working on my feet, she discovered the damage in my right shoulder (cuz she's also a reflexologist) -- it was kind of weird but very cool. They also do some very neat in-the-water massage called Watsu. Pretty affordable too - $50 for 45 min!

The Going Out Gurus: Excellent news.

Brickskeller: It always seems to me that Brickskeller is conveniently "out" of a lot of the beers on their menu. I think their advertisement of having "500 Kinds of Beer" (or whatever the number is) is a scam!

They also charge $6 for a bottle of Stella Artois. Ouch.

The Going Out Gurus: That's true, but you have to understand how hard it is for them to get, say, some of the Ukrainian and other odd beers that aren't well known here. (Although I [Fritz] did find Obolon on sale at Cleveland Park Liquors.) I usually never have to go beyond my second choice.

Fairfax, VA: Hey guys:
Trying to plan a 40th birthday party for a friend who loves karoake bars. Don't want to go into the city...would prefer Old Town. Any ideas?

The Going Out Gurus: The Rock It Grill. Every night.

The Going Out Gurus: That's it for today. Thanks everyone. See you next week.
