Nancy Tennant Snyder Ph.D., is the vice president, strategic competencies, leadership and Whirlpool University, for Whirlpool Corporation, responsible for creating and implementing enterprise strategies that facilitate leadership, learning, competitive knowledge and innovation. She is an adjunct faculty member of the Business School at the University Of Notre Dame, and co-author of Mastering Virtual Teams (Jossey-Bass, 2006).
Phillip Lanzafame
is IT director of e-Business-Web strategy, supporting the four customer portals for Sentara Healthcare, an integrated healthcare provider that operates 87 care-giving sites throughout southeastern Virginia and northeastern North Carolina. His team provides system direction on enterprise content management, collaboration and business process management.
